As discussed in recent posts (here and here), I have been working on recreating a computational brain model as described by Hamker (2005). The latest files are contained in the following zip file:
To launch the simulation, unzip the files in a directory and make that directory the current Matlab directory, and execute:
Simulation().launchGui()
